She works with women through psychotherapy sessions and workshops on embodied feminine leadership.

Daryl Inyang is a young entrepreneur from Geneva. She created the brand The French 95 with vibrant, bold, and colorful clothes for a reasonable price. Her clients are her best models and they are loyal as they want to support local businesses. We discussed her experience starting a business, her determination to carry it through, and her motivation to succeed.

We talked with Silvia Rori, entrepreneur, and organizational expert. She talked about why the organization can change your daily life and she gave us some tips on how to be more organized!

"Surround yourself with people that really believe in you and your business. The rest doesn't matter. They will only think you are crazy. But have they created themselves a business? Did they get out of their comfort zone? Did they ever take a real risk?"

"When I'm feeling down, reminding myself of the journey so far and everything I've learned. Resilience is also important. I know my project could fail for whatever reason, but even if I had to go back to the corporate world, the growth I have had is valuable and I know it will serve me somehow in my journey."

"I feel that creating your own business is the best teacher you can have. It’s so pertinent and enriching. You learn everything from creating a website to using Excel, talking to clients, using social media… But the most valuable skill that I have developed is persistence. Since you have no choice but to make it work, you always find a solution."

"Work on your visibility, make connections, become a member of the association for entrepreneurs, surround yourself with people who encourage you and believe in you. It is important not to be alone on this adventure."

On her entrepreneurial journey, Inga helps her clients move from consuming unconsciously to living for and with what they truly love and need. It's not just about being organized, she says, it's a new way of seeing things on your own. Inga will share with you some tips for keeping your home in balance.

"I find it amusing when people say that building a more sustainable future is the responsibility of industries, of politics, of CEO’s and so on; as if they were artificial entities. Industries are built and led by humans, responding to the demands of other humans."
