Your Order

The order is confirmed once the payment has been received and accepted by nimi. nimi reserves the right to request additional information from its customers. If there is no response within 5 days of the order, the order and payment will be canceled.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders are generally processed within 48 business hours. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. 

Your order will be sent via Swiss Post and the delivery time for items in stock is estimated:

·       1-3 working days for Switzerland

·       7-14 working days for other countries

We do say estimated delivery because once these packages are in the hands of the carrier, nimi has no control over when unforeseen transit/weather delays occur.

For items that are not in stock (indicated on website), it is necessary to add approximately 6 weeks of time-related to the manufacture of your items in Italy.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a delivery tracking number.

* Additional fees for customs and taxes will be at the responsibility of the customer.

** nimi is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from our main service provider to the local carrier in your country. 

RETURNS

You can return your order and get a full refund or exchange within 20 days from the date you received your order.

All the products must be returned in their original packaging, unworn and unwashed, with tags attached, free from makeup and fake tan, free from any scent of deodorant, perfume, or washing powder.

In case of a refund, the original shipping cost will not be refunded to the customer. We do not cover the return shipping costs.

Returns of orders shipped within Switzerland and outside Switzerland are the responsibility of the Customer.

In order to process your return as soon as possible, please contact us via the contact form to let us know you would like an exchange or refund. We will send you the return address in our response.

The refund is made within 15 days of the registration of your return.
