These General terms and conditions of sale are intended to define the contractual relations between

and any natural or legal person requesting to make a purchase via the wwwnimionline.com website hereinafter referred to as the Client.
On nimionline.com the contracts are concluded exclusively in English.
The acquisition of a property through this site implies an unreserved acceptance by the Client of these general terms and conditions of sale.nimi reserves the right to modify its general terms and conditions of sale at any time. In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of the order by the Client.
Characteristics of the proposed items for purchase
The products sold are those listed in the shop published on the nimi website. These products are available for sale within the limits of available stocks. The characteristics of the products as well as the photos visible on the site are given only as an indication. The photos in the catalog are as accurate as possible but cannot ensure perfect similarity with the product offered, particularly with regard to colors and cannot have any contractual value. In case of unavailability of a product, we will inform you as soon as possible.
Prices
The prices in the shop are prices including VAT in Swiss francs taking into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order (0% at the moment); any change in the rate may be reflected in the price of the products. nimi reserves the right to modify its prices at any time and without notice, it being understood, however, that the price appearing in the shop on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the Client. nimi reserves the right not to deliver products whose prices are incorrect, but undertakes to inform its Clients of a price difference and to offer alternative products. nimi can carry out sales or promotions on items published on website. These offers are only valid during the period of publication on the site and cannot be requested retroactively.
nimi offers a tool to display prices and place orders in another currency. The exchange rate applied is regularly updated but nimi cannot accept any claim related to a difference between the exchange rate applied and the exchange rate in force. Any bank charges resulting from payment made by the Client in another currency remain at their expense.
The Client has the possibility to have their order delivered to their home: in this case delivery costs will be added to the prices of the products and will be displayed in the “shopping basket” section. Shipping costs are calculated according to the weight and volume of the order as well as the delivery address.
Orders and Payment
The Client, who wants to purchase a product on the nimi website, must go through the various stages of the purchasing process (summary of the products chosen and placed in the basket, identification, choice of address and delivery method and choice of payment and settlement method under the conditions provided). The confirmation of the order implies acceptance of General terms and conditions of sale, recognition of having full knowledge of them and waiver of the right to invoke its own terms and conditions of purchase or other conditions. The price of purchases made on the website www.nimionline.com is due at the time of ordering, without discount; payment is made by credit card (Visa or Mastercard). The Client has 3 working days to make the bank transfer.
nimi does not have access to confidential information relating to the means of payment. The information entered is encrypted and transmitted to STRIPE in a secure manner without nimi or third parties being able to access it.
Shipping and Delivery
The order is confirmed once the payment has been received and accepted by nimi. nimi reserves the right to request additional information from its customers. If there is no response within 5 days of the order, the order and payment will be canceled.
Shipping is made to the delivery address specified by the Client during the ordering process. nimi is shipping to Switzerland and Europe. Contact us in case of special delivery request.
The amount of shipping costs is indicated in the “shopping cart” section and is subject to the approval of the Client before the validation of each order; the amount may vary depending on the weight of your package and the country of delivery.
Shipping outside Switzerland is made on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. The Swiss VAT will be deducted from the purchase price but the recipient must pay the carrier the import taxes (VAT of the recipient country), as well as all customs duties and charges relating to his order and which will be requested upon delivery.
Orders are generally processed within 48 business hours. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Your order will be sent via Swiss Post and the delivery time for items in stock is estimated:
1-3 working days for Switzerland
7-14 working days for other countries
We do say estimated delivery because once these packages are in the hands of the carrier, nimi has no control over when unforeseen transit/weather delays occur. For items that are not in stock (indicated on website), it is necessary to add approximately 6 weeks of time-related to the manufacture of your items in Italy. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a delivery tracking number.
* Additional fees for customs and taxes will be at the responsibility of the Client.
** nimi is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from our main service provider to the local carrier in your country.
Returns
Client can return the order and get a full refund or exchange within 20 days from the date you received your order. All the products must be returned in their original packaging, unworn and unwashed, with tags attached, free from makeup and fake tan, free from any scent of deodorant, perfume, or washing powder.
In case of a refund, the original shipping cost will not be refunded to the Client. We do not cover the return shipping cost. Returns of orders shipped within Switzerland and outside Switzerland are the responsibility of the Client.
In order to process your return as soon as possible, please contact us via the contact form to let us know you would like an exchange or refund. We will send you the return address in our response. The refund is made within 15 days of the registration of your return.
Guaranties in case of defects and retraction
All nimi jewelry is guaranteed for 1 year from the date of purchase. The warranty applies under normal conditions of use. The client shall respect the Jewelry Care guide.
The warranty does not apply if the jewelry has been broken, torn, or scratched. The warranty does not cover the cleaning of jewelry. The Client shall provide the receipt so that the warranty can be applied.
In the event of non-conformity of a product sold, nimi’s warranty is limited to the return of the product and the exchange or refund of the product, provided that the Client complies with the conditions and deadlines indicated in the “Returns” paragraph.
